Granular Greens

I have one of the two on at least half of my putting greens. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago. I have fertilized since then with 1/2 pound N liquid, before that, 3/4 pound N per 1,000 granular. I have sprayed RD-20 disinfectant to manage black algae, but it also says it controls dollar spot and pythium blight. It looks like a bunch of little brown circles with what I believe is mycelium in it in the morning when the dew is on it. I have pictures, but no way to put them on the computer. I have looked at pictures online of both and I cannot see any difference. The only difference I see is that pythium has orange streaks which I do have one on #18 green.
